Minor Bug Fix

The robot voice audio channel volume was not adjustable.
It is now controlled by the sound effects volume slider, just like all the other sound effects.
I fixed this so my pals over at GoPlayThat.com could stream the game as part of their 24 charity event stream (without getting yelled at by a robot).
